GoCleanCo’s Fall Cleaning Challenge will run from September 10, 2021 at 8:00 am MST until November 5, 2021 at 11:59 pm MST.
Eligibility:
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry;
Must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) or the United States of America;
Employees, officers and representatives of GoCleanCo, and their affiliates, including members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) or any of the above are NOT eligible to participate;
The winner will be chosen in a random drawing on November 6, 2021 and notified via email..
There is one (1) prize of $5000 USD available.
The winner will have 24 hours from the time they are notified to claim their prize (ie. respond to the email, if not claimed within 24 hours the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen.
The winner will be required to answer a skill-testing mathematical question in order to claim the prize.
Prize will be sent to the winner via PayPal within five (5) business days of being claimed.
This giveaway is not associated with, sponsored, administered or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook. Each entrant hereby releases Instagram and Facebook of all liability arising out of or relating to this giveaway.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, duties and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Rules that are associated with receipt of a prize.
By entering the giveaway, each entrant consents for GoCleanCo to collect and use its personal information, including name and email address, for the sole purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize (if applicable). All personal information will be treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Alberta, Canada. GoCleanCo will not publish your personal information except with your prior written consent. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that GoCleanCo and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by the winner for any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons, and property damages sustained, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in this giveaway or any prize-related activity.
The Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations.
GoCleanCo reserves the right to update or modify these Rules at any time without notice.
GoCleanCo reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or the prize awarded, including matters relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants/winners or GoCleanCo, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, and the federal laws applicable therein. Each such dispute, claim or cause of action shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and each entrant/winner irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Alberta, Canada.
